Once again the Harvest Market is quickly approaching. We need the help of every family to help man the pie booth and to make pies for the Troop to sell. The Harvest Market Pie Booth is one of several fundraisers that our troop uses throughout the year to help earn money to buy equipment, awards & badges, and to run the troop.
Each family in Troop 627 is asked to help by baking three pies that will be sold at the booth. Pull out your old family recipies and be creative. At the September troop meetings we will be passing out aluminum pie pans and plastic bags that can be used for your pie. No mess and no fuss. Pies need to be dropped off EARLY on either Saturday or Sunday morning of Harvest Market, in front of the Mitchell's (a few houses south of the green, on Route 15).
Call LuAnn Clarke @ 899-1843 with the day hour that you can help man the pie booth. Selling pies is very easy, and many people look for our booth year after year.
This is a very important fundraiser for our Troop, and we expect every family to participate.
